Mini-van Mama

Well, I guess I am officially a mom. We are now the (not-so-proud) owners of a mini-van. We're selling the car so if your interested, let me know. For all the northern readers: don't let logistics stop you from putting a bid on the car. We'll be coming up to Indiana in December so I'm sure we could arrange some way to get it up there. Darrin will be posting it on Craig's List soon but I wanted to give all my loyal blog readers first dibs. :o)

Darrin's grandmother Hazel Campbell passed away last week so we got to test out the new Odyssey with a trip to Harrisonburg, VA for the funeral. Although the reason for our visit was not so happy, we did have a good time visiting with family and friends. I was so excited to visit my friend Cara Kauffman (Wagler) while we were up. Cara and I were Bible Memory Camp buddies since grade school and I hadn't seen her for years. It was great to catch up with her and meet her husband, Tyler.

Wyatt had his two-month well visit last week. Below are his stats: Weight: 11lbs 14oz (77% percentile) Height: 24.25 inches (96% percentile) Head circumference: 16.25 inches (91% percentile

Well, that's about it. We had a great Thanksgiving, the weather's really nice, and Wyatt slept 8 hours straight (10pm-6am) last night...life is good. :o)

  1. Love the new ride! Welcome to the mini-van society. We'll have your formal induction ceremonies when you're in Indiana next month. Where's the Mommy-Pants??!!

Mr. Wy is getting so big! The puzzled look picture is the best. He had to get that from his little Diva Cousins Abby & Emma!!

I'm going to discuss car offers with my super sexy accountant this evening so prepare yourself for an out-of-this-world offer. Maybe if I don't win I could at least offer my driving services to the winner...16 hours in a kid-free car actually doesn't sound that terrible!!

Thanks for the update. 8 straight hours?!! Way to go little man! Enjoy the sleep mommy, you deserve it!! Love you lots, G & Family
